Allows safe switching between salon accounts while avoiding operations in the wrong workspace.

Entry

  • Open this page from its module navigation.

Before You Start

  • Confirm target salon/account name before switching.
  • Finish in-progress edits or drafts in the current account first.
  • If permissions differ by salon, verify required role exists in destination account.

Steps

  1. Open account switcher and select the target salon/account from the list.
  2. Verify account identifier (name/logo/location) after switching context.
  3. Navigate to one known module (for example bookings) to confirm data belongs to target salon.
  4. If context is wrong, switch back immediately and re-check selected account.

Acceptance Checklist

  • Header/account badge shows the intended salon.
  • Module data clearly belongs to the selected account.
  • No edits were made in an unintended account.

Why does the update not show immediately?

Check cache/filters, then refresh the page and reopen related detail view.

Why are results different across staff accounts?

Compare salon scope, date filters, and role permissions before further troubleshooting.
