Customers -> Customer Management -> Add -> Create Customer

Before You Start
- Confirm your team uses a consistent phone format.
- Confirm your salon’s standard
Customer Tagsdictionary. - Confirm sensitive notes follow your salon privacy rules.
Steps
- Tap
Add, openCreate Customer, and fillCustomer Namefirst. - Fill
Phone NumberandEmailas needed, then search by phone inCustomer Managementto avoid duplicates. - In
Customer Tags, add standard tags first; useManage tagsif the dictionary needs cleanup. - Add objective notes in
Notes(preferences, restrictions, communication reminders). - Tap
Save, return toCustomer Management, and verify the new customer is searchable.

Acceptance Checklist
- Required profile fields are complete (
Customer Name, key contact info, tags, notes). -
Customer Tagsare reusable in future filtering. - The new customer can be searched immediately after saving.
- No obvious duplicate profile was created.
Key Notes
- Use neutral, operational wording in
Notes; avoid subjective comments. - Keep tag names stable and avoid synonym duplicates.
- Confirm salon context before creating to avoid writing data into the wrong salon.
