Recover account access with the built-in verification flow, then sign in with the new password.

Before You Start

  • Make sure you can access the account email inbox.
  • Keep the app open during verification to avoid code expiry.
  • Prepare a new password with at least 6 characters.

Steps

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?, enter Email address, then tap Send verification code.
  2. Enter the 6-digit Verification code, then tap Verify code.
  3. Enter New password and Confirm new password, then tap Reset password.
  4. Tap Log in now or Back to login, then sign in using the new password and verify salon data is unchanged.

Acceptance Checklist

  • The verification code can be received.
  • The new password is saved successfully.
  • You can sign in again and existing bookings/customers are still available.

Key Notes

  • Use the latest code only; previous codes become invalid after resend.
  • Complete reset in one session to reduce code timeout issues.

FAQ

I did not receive the verification code.

Check spam/junk folders first, then confirm the email address is the registered one.

The verification code is invalid.

Tap Resend verification code, then enter the newest code only.
