Before You Start

  • Confirm your role-permission matrix (who can view/edit/delete customer data).
  • Confirm payroll period, settlement date, and payout process.
  • Confirm service/product/gift-card commission policy.

Steps

  1. Open Customer Permissions and set role-based access for technician Permissions and Receptionist Permissions.
  2. Review Can Access Customer List, View Customer Details, View Sensitive Info, and action permissions (Create Customer, Edit Customer, Delete Customer), then tap Save.
  3. Open Payroll Management, review Monthly Summary, and verify Total Revenue, Total Payout, and staff records.
  4. Open payroll settings (Tip Settings, Service Fee Settings, Gift Card Commission, Product Commission) and confirm the active rule set.
  5. Complete one payroll cycle check: run Settle, review results, then Confirm Payroll only after verification.

  • Staff roles can access only authorized customer operations.
  • Payroll rules are documented and consistently applied.
  • A sample payroll record can be explained and recalculated.

  • Confirm Payroll locks the month’s payroll snapshot.
  • Re-check date range and filters before reviewing payroll totals.
