Before You Start

  • Align store-wide stacking priority (coupon vs membership vs campaign price).
  • Prepare target customer segments.
  • Confirm template reviewer approved threshold, validity, and scope.

Steps

  1. Open Coupon Templates and tap Create, then choose Percentage or Fixed Amount.
  2. Configure template rules (discount value, validity, minimum order, scope), then tap Save.
  3. Set template status with Enable only after rule review is complete.
  4. Open Issue Coupon, tap Select Coupon Template, optionally Select Customer, then tap Issue Coupon.
  5. Open Issued Coupons to verify status and redemption traceability (Active, Used, Expired, Disabled).

Acceptance Checklist

  • Coupon rules are explicit and match store policy.
  • Issuance audience is correct with no major misses.
  • Post-redemption usage records are traceable.
  • One coupon can be traced template -> issue -> use.

Key Notes

  • Run a small internal issuance test before mass issue.
  • If misuse risk appears, disable affected coupons immediately and document reason.

FAQ

Action succeeded but list does not update.

Refresh Issued Coupons and verify search/status filters.

Result differs from expectation.

Check stacking priority first, then template scope and checkout application result.
