Before You Start
- Confirm you are in the correct salon.
- Confirm the team uses a shared tag dictionary (for example:
New Customer, dormant, high-value, follow-up). - Confirm today’s follow-up target list is ready.
Steps
- On
Customer Management, type a keyword in the search box (Search by name, phone number, tags, or notes...). - Search with name, phone number, and tags to narrow to the target customer.
- Open the customer card and verify key info (phone, tags, and recent notes) before outreach.
- If you need to create a missing profile, tap
Addin the top-right or the floating+button. - If duplicate profiles are found, mark them for merge review before contacting the customer.

Acceptance Checklist
- Target customer can be found in under 30 seconds.
- Team can repeatedly find the same customer with stable search keywords.
- Priority customers are clearly identified for follow-up.
- Duplicate-risk profiles are flagged for cleanup.
Key Notes
- Check salon context before searching to avoid cross-salon mistakes.
- When customers share the same name, use phone number and tags as the primary match keys.
- Verify identity before sending messages or making calls.
FAQ
Too many customers share the same name.
Use phone number plus tag combinations to narrow the list.
A newly created customer is not visible.
Confirm the customer was created in the current salon, then refresh and re-search.
