Before You Start

  • Confirm the account can open subscription pages and membership settings.
  • Confirm the team fields to review: staff limits, usage limits, and expiry date.
  • Prepare a draft template for tiers and points rules.

Steps

  1. From Home quick actions, open Subscription plans or Subscription overview and verify the entry is accessible.
  2. In the overview page, verify plan limits and expiry information for the current salon.
  3. Draft tier setup and points policy using app labels: Membership, Membership Settings, Tier Settings, and Points Rules.
  4. Mark missing permissions/pages that block direct configuration and list required follow-up accounts.
  5. After access is granted, complete live configuration in Tier Settings and Points Rules.
