Before You Start

  • Collect minimum required fields (name, phone, consent/communication preferences).
  • Check for duplicate customer records using phone/email search first.
  • Confirm privacy and data-use policy before saving personal info.

Steps

  1. Open create form and enter core customer identity/contact fields.
  2. Add optional profile data (birthday, notes, preferred technician) when available.
  3. Save profile and verify system assigns unique customer record.
  4. Open created profile to confirm fields and communication preferences persisted.

Acceptance Checklist
