Before You Start

  • Confirm SKU naming rules.
  • Confirm pricing policy (tax inclusion and edit permissions).
  • Confirm stock strategy and low-stock threshold.

Steps

  1. Open Product Management, review categories, then tap Add Category or Add to create the needed structure.
  2. Open Product Details -> Edit Basic Info, fill Product Name, SKU, Price, optional Original Price/Member Price, then tap Save.
  3. In Listing Status, set the product to listed (Enable) so it is visible in sales.
  4. Open Stock Info -> Stock Settings, set Low Stock Threshold and Allow Oversell based on store policy.
  5. Go to Sell Products, tap + Add, select the product, and confirm price and stock linkage are correct.

Acceptance Checklist

  • Product is selectable in Sell Products.
  • SKU, price, and initial stock data are correct.
  • Category filter works in Product Management.
  • Test sale changes stock as expected.

Key Notes

  • Always verify current salon before editing product data.
  • Use unique SKU for same-name variants.

FAQ

Action succeeded but list does not update.

Refresh Product Management and verify product is Enabled (not Unlisted).

Result differs from expectation.

Check whether price override, member pricing, or wrong SKU was used in the sale flow.
