Before You Start

  • Prepare verified email/phone linked to the account.
  • Confirm access to verification inbox/SMS device.
  • Set a new password that meets policy requirements.

Steps

  1. Submit account identifier to request reset code/link.
  2. Complete verification and open reset form.
  3. Set and confirm new password, then submit update.
  4. Log in with the new password to validate reset success.
