Before You Start

  • Keep one comparison window (today / yesterday / same weekday last week).
  • Confirm the current salon and timezone are correct.
  • Align metric definitions with your team before making decisions.

Steps

  1. Action: Review core daily metrics first (Revenue, Bookings, Customers) from Today's overview, then open Analytics. Expected: You can quickly judge whether today’s performance is normal.

  2. Action: In Analytics, open trend and breakdown sections to see where changes happened. Expected: You can identify the main metric behind the anomaly.

Screenshot 2: Analytics detail page (trend and engagement)

  3. Action: Compare with yesterday and the same weekday last week. Expected: You can tell short-term fluctuation from a sustained issue.

  4. Action: Record 1-2 executable actions (for example, staffing adjustment or booking-entry copy optimization). Expected: The next review cycle can verify whether the actions worked.

Completion Checklist

  • Today’s core metrics have been reviewed and recorded.
  • At least 1 anomaly or opportunity has been identified.
  • At least 1 executable optimization action has been defined.
  • Action results can be checked on the next day.

Key Notes (Avoid Pitfalls)

  • Confirm timezone and salon scope before comparing numbers.
  • Keep metric scope consistent before making decisions.
