  • Prepare backup contact instructions before replacing an existing active address.

Steps

  1. Enter the new salon email in lowercase without extra spaces.
  2. If verification is required, complete code confirmation from the new inbox.
  3. Save and reopen the page to confirm the address is persisted exactly.
  4. Send a test message from a customer-facing channel and verify inbox delivery.
