Use Share preview, Share Links, and Share Settings to verify content before publishing and keep external links stable.

Share preview -> Manage shares (Share Links)

Before You Start

• Define the share goal (new traffic, reactivation, campaign exposure).
• Confirm available domain options for the link (Default, salon website domain, custom domain).
• Prepare reviewed share title and description.

Steps

1. Generate or open a share from Share preview, then enter Manage shares (Share Links).
2. Open one share record, check included artworks/collections, and confirm status is correct (Enabled or Disabled).
3. Enter Share Settings: update Share name, Description, and Link & domain (domain selection) as needed.
4. Copy the share link and test on mobile network and at least one external app to verify title, description, and thumbnail behavior.
5. After publishing, monitor first 30 minutes and use Refresh content if records show Needs update.

Acceptance Checklist

• Share page shows no empty or broken critical blocks.
• Title, description, and cover are clear on mobile preview.
• Link opens reliably and share status is correctly set.

Key Notes

• Use Enable/Disable intentionally to control public visibility.
• Keep one version note (what changed, when, by whom) for rollback tracking.

FAQ

Saved changes do not appear immediately.

Refresh share data and test the link again after cache propagation.

Behavior differs between team members.

Confirm role permissions for share editing and share status operations.
