Keep staff profile details, work schedule, and salary settings consistent to reduce booking conflicts and payroll disputes.

Entry

Salon Member -> Member card -> Staff Settings

Before You Start

  • Confirm the staff member is active and assigned to the right role.
  • Confirm the team scheduling cycle and day-off rules.
  • Confirm the payroll policy for Hourly Rate, Base Salary, and Commission Rate.

Steps

  1. Open Staff Settings and review Work Time, Salary Settings, and Personal Page Settings.
  2. Open Work Time (Staff Work Schedule), set weekly hours, and tap Save.
  3. Open Salary Settings, fill Hourly Rate, Base Salary, and Commission Rate, then tap Save.
  4. Open Personal Page Settings and update profile fields such as Display Name, Position Title, Bio, and Specialties.
  5. Run one booking and one payroll spot-check to confirm schedule assignment and commission calculation are correct.

Acceptance Checklist

  • Staff Work Time is saved and visible in scheduling.
  • Salary Settings values are complete and valid.
  • Profile data is updated and usable for staff/customer assignment.

Key Notes

  • If Can't set work schedule appears, set salon-level Business Hours first.
  • Only owner/manager can open and edit Salary Settings.

FAQ

Saved changes do not appear immediately.

Reopen the member from Member Management and confirm the same salon context.

Behavior differs between team members.

Check role-based access and whether the member is Active, Inactive, or Pending.
