Before You Start
- Confirm the staff member is active and assigned to the right role.
- Confirm the team scheduling cycle and day-off rules.
- Confirm the payroll policy for
Hourly Rate,Base Salary, andCommission Rate.
Steps
- Open
Staff Settingsand reviewWork Time,Salary Settings, andPersonal Page Settings. - Open
Work Time(Staff Work Schedule), set weekly hours, and tapSave. - Open
Salary Settings, fillHourly Rate,Base Salary, andCommission Rate, then tapSave. - Open
Personal Page Settingsand update profile fields such asDisplay Name,Position Title,Bio, andSpecialties. - Run one booking and one payroll spot-check to confirm schedule assignment and commission calculation are correct.

Acceptance Checklist
- Staff
Work Timeis saved and visible in scheduling. -
Salary Settingsvalues are complete and valid. - Profile data is updated and usable for staff/customer assignment.
