Before You Start

  • Confirm official salon name, phone, email, and address with the owner.
  • Confirm Time Zone and Currency for your operating region.
  • Confirm which updates must also be synced to website/social channels.

Steps

  1. Open Basic Information and update Salon Name / Salon Description, then tap Save.
  2. Open Contact Phone, Contact Email, and Salon Address to update each field and Save.
  3. Open Time Zone and select the correct zone (for example New York Time (UTC-5)), then Save.
  4. Open Currency, choose the active pricing currency, then Save.
  5. Open Social Media and add/update official accounts, then Save.

Acceptance Checklist

  • Public salon identity and contact info are accurate.
  • Time Zone and Currency match business operations.
  • External channels (website/social/contact scripts) are synced.

Key Notes

  • If you see View only, ask an owner/manager for edit access.
  • Use complete address data (Country, Province/State, Detailed Address) to avoid map mismatch.

FAQ

Saved changes do not appear immediately.

Refresh Salon Settings, then re-open the edited item to confirm persisted values.

Behavior differs between team members.

Role permissions differ; owner and manager have full edit access.
