Before You Start

• Inform teammates about the DNS change window.
• Keep a fallback address available (existing subdomain).

Steps

1. Open Website Settings and check current Subdomain status and access URL.
2. If using Custom Domain, complete provider DNS records exactly as instructed and save changes.
3. Wait for DNS propagation, then verify HTTPS and redirect behavior (http -> https).
4. Test critical pages (home, services, portfolio, booking) from mobile network and browser.
5. Record change time and owner, then re-check within 24 hours for regional DNS issues.
6. If failures appear, keep traffic on the stable domain while troubleshooting.

Acceptance Checklist

• Subdomain and custom domain resolve correctly.
• HTTPS is valid and redirect behavior is correct.
• Core visitor paths remain accessible after switch.
