- Keep a fallback address available (existing subdomain).
Steps
- Open
Website Settingsand check currentSubdomainstatus and access URL. - If using
Custom Domain, complete provider DNS records exactly as instructed and save changes. - Wait for DNS propagation, then verify HTTPS and redirect behavior (
http -> https). - Test critical pages (home, services, portfolio, booking) from mobile network and browser.
- Record change time and owner, then re-check within 24 hours for regional DNS issues.
- If failures appear, keep traffic on the stable domain while troubleshooting.

Acceptance Checklist
- Subdomain and custom domain resolve correctly.
- HTTPS is valid and redirect behavior is correct.
- Core visitor paths remain accessible after switch.
