Before You Start
- Confirm this week’s opening plan and special closed dates.
- Confirm policy for
Minimum Advance Booking Timeand contact methods. - Confirm deposit percentage and refund/cancellation policy with management.
Steps
- Open
Business Hours, set each day’s schedule inWeekly Schedule, then tapSave. - Add or update special closures in
Special Date Arrangementsif needed. - Open
Booking Settingsand configure key items likeTime Slot,Minimum Advance Booking Time, and contact toggles, thenSave. - Open
Deposit Settings, turn onRequire Deposit, setDeposit Percentage, thenSave. - Create a test booking to verify blocked hours, booking limits, and deposit behavior all take effect.

Acceptance Checklist
- Customers cannot book outside configured
Business Hours. - Booking constraints are visible and enforced.
- Deposit requirement and amount are calculated correctly.

Saved changes do not appear immediately.
