Before You Start

  • Review current no-show and cancellation policy with manager approval.
  • Identify which changes affect existing appointments versus new bookings only.
  • Announce planned policy change window to front desk staff.

Steps

  1. Update booking rule fields (lead time, cutoff, limits) according to approved policy.
  2. Cross-check each toggle to avoid conflicting rules (for example same-day booking vs strict cutoff).
  3. Save settings and revisit the page to verify all toggles and values persisted.
  4. Run one test booking in sandbox/live-safe path to confirm new restrictions apply.
