Before You Start

  • Confirm salon and selected date are correct.
  • Keep technician filter at All staff by default to avoid missing bookings.
  • Align team SLA for response time on Pending bookings (for example, process within 10 minutes).

What You Will See on This Page

  • Week view linked with the daily Agenda list.
  • Booking cards and external event cards shown together.
  • Technician filter bar (shown when your role allows it and there is more than one technician).

Steps

  1. Switch week/date first and review upcoming plus overdue bookings for the day.
  2. Use technician filter to isolate one staff member and spot schedule risks fast.
  3. Tap a booking card to open Booking Details and run actions like Confirm booking, Reschedule, Cancel booking, or View activity.
  4. Tap an external event card to open event details, then decide to keep it external or Convert to Booking.
  5. For add-on requests, tap New and continue to Create Booking.
  6. After each booking is handled, return to Booking Overview and confirm card status has synced.

Suggested Processing Order

  1. Clear Pending first (Confirm booking / Reschedule / Cancel booking).
  2. Then monitor Confirmed and Checked In to prevent delays and chain impact.
  3. Last, complete follow-up for Completed bookings (logs, photos, payment checks).

Acceptance Checklist

  • All Pending bookings have a clear result.
  • Technician conflicts have visible handling actions.
  • Overview list and calendar schedule are aligned.
  • A random booking check in details shows a complete handling history.

FAQ

Why can’t I find one technician’s booking?

Check technician filter first. Also verify whether the booking has multi-technician assignment across different service items.

Why does the list refresh slowly?

Pull to refresh, then open Booking Details once to verify status.

Why does booking card status not match Booking Details?

Use Booking Details as source of truth. If mismatch remains after refresh, record the booking ID and escalate possible cache or sync delay.

  • Confirm the active salon and your account role before each operation to avoid cross-salon mistakes.
  • Verify each result before moving to the next step.
