Standardizes the product checkout flow from item selection to submission so revenue, stock, and attribution stay correct.

Before You Start

  • Confirm active pricing and promo rules for the shift.
  • Confirm stock-managed products are configured.
  • Confirm your account has permission to sell/edit amount/refund.

Steps

  1. Open Sell Products, tap + Add, then verify line-item unit price, quantity, and Subtotal.
  2. If needed, tap Select Customer and verify name/phone to avoid attaching the wrong profile.
  3. Tap Select technician and confirm sales attribution for payroll/performance.
  4. In Payment Info, verify Amount Due, actual paid amount, and payment method.
  5. Tap Confirm Sale, then open the created record in Product Sales / Order Details to verify status, payment record, and stock deduction.

Acceptance Checklist

  • Sell Products opens from Home and allows item selection.
  • Product, customer, and technician fields work correctly.
  • Amount due and paid amount are reconciled.
  • Sale record is created with complete payment trace.
  • Stock updates correctly after sale.

Key Notes

  • Do a full order review before tapping Confirm Sale.
  • Wrong customer/technician assignment causes downstream payroll and CRM errors.

FAQ

Action succeeded but list does not update.

Refresh Product Sales and check search/status tabs (All, Completed, Cancelled, Refunded).

Result differs from expectation.

Check SKU mapping, stock settings, and whether a later void/refund adjusted the record.
