Use Home modules and quick actions efficiently, then sign out safely from shared devices.

Before You Start

  • Confirm the current salon at the top of Home.
  • Decide your top daily actions and keep them in quick action slots.
  • Use a shared-device sign-out habit at the end of each shift.

Steps

  1. Review three Home information blocks: today’s overview, pending work, and quick actions.
  2. Open high-frequency actions such as Bookings, Customer list, Service management, and Message center.
  3. Tap System settings (Settings quick action) to open Settings.
  4. In Account management, tap Log Out, then confirm Log Out in the popup.
  5. Verify you are returned to the login screen.
  6. Reorder quick actions when needed so common tasks stay within 1-2 taps.

Acceptance Checklist

  • Home modules load correctly.
  • High-frequency operations are reachable in 1-2 taps.
  • You can sign out from Settings and return to the login screen.

Key Notes

  • Shared devices must always be logged out before handoff.
  • If Home numbers look wrong, verify salon and date first, then refresh.

FAQ

There are too many quick action buttons.

Keep only high-frequency actions on Home and move others to secondary pages.

Dashboard numbers do not match operations data.

Check current salon and date first, then refresh Home once.
