Before You Start

  • Confirm brand standards (primary color, tone, logo usage).
  • Prepare complete default-language content first.
  • Avoid editing during active campaign peak traffic windows.

Steps

  1. In Website Management, adjust page/module content order first so the homepage tells a clear story.
  2. Open Website Settings -> Theme Settings, then set Theme Template and Theme Color to match brand direction.
  3. Use preview to validate button contrast, link readability, and CTA visibility on light/dark content blocks.
  4. Open Website Languages and ensure source language content is complete before adding/enabling more languages.
  5. After language updates, check key pages for mixed-language fields, missing text, and mobile reading order issues.
  6. Before publish, ask one non-editor teammate to do a quick readability check.
