Tools -> Allergy Check / Sanitation Checklist and Home -> Self-Service

Before You Start

  • Assign one owner for daily hygiene completion.
  • Ensure Allergy Check items match your active services.
  • Confirm Kiosk allowed features before launch.

Steps

  1. Action: Before service starts, complete Allergy Check for the customer. Expected: Risk information is recorded before treatment.
  2. Action: Complete the daily Sanitation Checklist and confirm each required item. Expected: Hygiene actions are traceable by checklist status.
  3. Action: Open Self-Service Settings, configure Feature Modules, then set Exit Password. Expected: Kiosk access is restricted to customer-safe modules.
  4. Action: Tap Launch Kiosk Mode and verify customer view (Check In, Book Now, Gift Cards, Products, Events) from the front desk device. Expected: Customers can use only approved self-service tabs.
  5. Action: At closing, exit kiosk using admin PIN and review the day’s safety records. Expected: Kiosk is disabled and records are ready for audit.

Acceptance Checklist

  • Daily allergy checks are logged before service.
  • Sanitation checklist completion is recorded and traceable.
  • Kiosk mode can be launched and exited with proper access boundaries.

Key Notes

  • Never backfill allergy checks after service is completed.
  • Always test kiosk in customer view before public use.

FAQ

Kiosk mode cannot exit.

Use the configured admin PIN in Exit Kiosk Mode and verify PIN policy settings.

Safety records are incomplete.

Make checklist completion part of opening/closing owner SOP.
