Home -> Choose Salon -> Join another salon

Before You Start

• Request a valid invitation code or QR from the salon administrator.
• Confirm which role you should receive before joining.
• Use a stable network for code validation and request submission.

Steps

1. Open Join Salon and use either invitation code input or Scan to Join.
2. If using code, enter Invitation Code and tap Validate Code.
3. Verify the preview details, then tap Send Request or Join Now.
4. After approval, return to Home and confirm the current salon and available features match your role.

Acceptance Checklist

• Join status can be tracked after submission.
• You can access the salon after approval.
• Visible features match your assigned position permissions.

• Always verify salon name before submitting a join request.

FAQ

The invitation code is invalid.

Ask the administrator to generate a new code and confirm it has not expired.

I joined but cannot see some features.
