Before You Start

  • Confirm criteria for approving applicants (documents, position, branch).
  • Prepare standard rejection and follow-up notes for incomplete applications.
  • Check daily queue volume and assign reviewer ownership if needed.

Steps

  1. Sort pending requests by age/priority and open each application detail.
  2. Validate applicant information and required attachments.
  3. Approve, reject, or request more info with a clear internal note.
  4. Verify request leaves pending queue and appears in the correct next state.
