Standardize how staff join your salon so roles are correct and approvals stay traceable.

Salon Settings -> Staff Management (or Salon Member) -> Invite -> Pending applications

Before You Start

  • Confirm the staff role first (Manager, Technician, or Receptionist).
  • Confirm the contact/account info matches the real person.
  • Align an approval SLA (for example: process all applications within 24 hours).

Steps

  1. Open Member Management, tap Invite, and generate/share an invite for the correct role.
  2. Open Pending Applications, review applicant identity and Applied Position.
  3. Tap Approve for valid requests, then confirm with Confirm Approval.
  4. Tap Reject for invalid requests, then confirm with Confirm Rejection.
  5. After approval, verify the member appears in Member Management with the correct role and status.

Acceptance Checklist

  • Pending requests are processed with clear outcomes (Approve/Reject).
  • Approved staff can sign in with the expected role permissions.
  • Rejected or expired invites are cleaned up regularly.

Key Notes

  • Pending applications accounts cannot sign in until approved.
  • Always confirm you are operating in the correct salon before approving.

Saved changes do not appear immediately.

Refresh Member Management and Pending Applications, then check you are in the same salon.
